Sites - See all my reviews    This review is from: Misono Swedish Carbon Steel Sujihiki 9.4" (24cm) - Right For starters, it has a dragon on it. It came out of the box very sharp. I work in a kitchen, and it is my "go to knife". It has just enough knuckle clearance to chop with. A slicer that dices, how cool is that?(sujihiki means slicer.) This knife will rust, so keep it dry. Misono also has stainless steel knives, if you don't want to deal with the carbon steel. Did I tell you that it has a dragon on it?
