Pros: SLICK ! First time out, did scrambled eggs and they just do not stick to pan during cooking and even after the meal the little bit that had dried on the upper sides wiped clean with a dry towel. After multiple uses have come to see that nothing sticks to this rascal.
Durability? This pan seems to be very rugged and the bottom is FLAT FLAT FLAT. Looks akin to a thick aluminum clad disc. Lifetime warranty on never warping. Hardness > 6h (not familiar with that scale).
Oven safe to 450 degrees centigrade (yes, centigrade).
Not a heavyweight at 2 pounds 7 3/4 ounces (1.126 Kilograms) per my kitchen scale. This is very important for my wife who suffers from arthritis in her wrists.
Cons: Only con (costing them a perfect score) is that it was a literal and unpleasant surprise to find... Read more

Started out almost as good as teflon, than went to part stick.
Now I consider it a normal stick pan and will throw it out.
No longetivity to the non-stick part.

I received this the other day and have used it for about a week. Washed by hand with a small sponge.
The good;
1. This pan is the perfect size. Small enough to cook for one but with the high sides you can
cook for more.
2. Nonstick- Seems about as good as teflon. I did notice that cooking without oil I did have to wipe the
burned parts of with a sponge and maybe it took a little wiping to get off. But that was only after I
slighty burned chicken on it. Otherwise everything came off really well
3. The lid has that little hole to let out the steam and also has the logo on it. I like having the logo a lot because it makes it... Read more

( there's a bit of lint in the ceramic, like what one sometimes gets in careless painting, within the side of the pan, and it's only that that caused me to wonder how in the hell anyone could get a *ceramic* coating onto a low-melting-temperature metal like aluminum! )
* I've read that ceramic-coatings are easily damaged by impact, say by rapping a wooden spoon against the rim or bottom of one's pan, there breaking the ceramic: so, I don't do that!
* the secondary-handle is PART OF THE PAN-metal, so it gets stupidly-hot, fast
( and WILL burn you, if you grab it after sauteing for a few minutes, without something like a kevlar-only glove on your off-hand )
* there isn't any way whatsoever that the HANDLE will withstand 450'C, no matter what the box it ships in said, as the main handle is plastic. The ceramic may be rated for 450'C, but I'd consider it idiotic to put a plastic-handle pan... Read more
